This charred looking conk is full of healthy components such as antioxidants, betulinic acid, and melanin. Chaga has been used for it's medicinal properties and can be used in chunk form or ground into a powder and used in tea, broths, smoothies and more. • To make a cup of tea, use approximately 1 tsp. of chaga powder or equivalent chaga chunk per cup of tea. The chaga nuggets can easily be broken down into smaller chunks using a hammer. Steep in warm water (below 122ยบ F) to brew your own raw chaga tea. The longer you simmer the chunks, the richer the tea will be.

    * You can save the chaga chunks in the refrigerator and re-infuse up to 3 times. We encourage this practice since wild chaga is rare and it contains a vast amount of nutrients that can be extracted on multiple infusions.
